And Services, LLC is a Native-owned and operated business dedicated to delivering quality services in a culturally respectful and timely manner. We provide Mental Health & Addictions Credentialing Board of Oregon (MHACBO) approved Core Education classes and CEUs and ASAM approved 4th Edition (Adult Version) Courses as well as Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services to Department of Transportation (DOT) employees required to follow return to duty processes before returning to duty in safety sensitive positions. We are also happy to announce that we are offering independently contracted SUD Clinical Supervision services as well.

healthier communities.
Adam Caba- CADC II, QMHA II, SAP is a Mental Health & Addictions Credentialing Board of Oregon (MHACBO) approved
education provider as well as a ASAM approved Independent Provider that can provide ASAM 4th Edition (Adult) Training for Clinicians.
These courses are approved for MHACBO CEUs and can be applied toward MHACBO core education requirements in Alcohol & Drug Counseling for CADC certification. These courses are approved for MHACBO CEUs and address MHACBO core education areas as well as Continuing Education (CEUs) for
re-certification.
SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) provider
Employees who violate Department of Transpiration (DOT) drug and alcohol regulations, i.e. 1) have a positive drug and/or alcohol test, 2) refuse to test, or 3) other violations, MUST follow return to duty processes before returning to duty in ALL safety sensitive positions.
This starts with obtaining services from a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) provider such as us!
